Mystery Scoop Purchases

All mystery scoop sales are final. Because the items are surprise selections, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on item preference.

Custom Gift Baskets

Custom baskets are made specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom basket purchases are also final sale.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, Mind Your Baskets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.
